Dnyansagar Institute of Management & Research (DIMR) had the privilege of hosting Capt. (Dr.) Sukhwinder Kaur as a keynote speaker at our “HerPursuit: Defining Their Legacy” event. Capt. Kaur, a veteran, corporate leader, motivational speaker, and author, captivated our audience with her inspiring life story.

During her session, Capt. Kaur shared key highlights of her remarkable journey, structured around the four Cs that shaped her life: Courage, Confidence, Choices, and Challenges. Drawing on her experience as an Ex-Army Ordnance officer and her extensive corporate career, she provided powerful insights into leadership, resilience, and the importance of adaptability in a rapidly changing world. Capt. Kaur also spoke about how effective communication and teamwork are essential for overcoming adversity.

Her words of wisdom, backed by her doctorate in commerce, years of experience, and her well-known book Morphing into a Leader, resonated deeply with the audience. Capt.
